Utah man arrested in Nevada for fake bill

WEST WENDOVER, Nev. • Police in West Wendover say a Utah man was jailed after allegedly trying to pass a counterfeit bill at a casino restaurant.
Forty-eight year old Jeffery Kraig Ellis of West Valley City was arrested Thursday.
Police say he allegedly tried to use the phony currency to pay a restaurant tab. When a waitress questioned whether the bill was real, police say Ellis took the bill and left.
He was later found at another casino and questioned.
