Taylorsville police recovered a vehicle Monday that may have been involved in Friday’s hit-and-run death of a 1-year-old girl.
Vicsayra Maribel Garcia was standing on the curb outside her home in the Majestic Oaks area of Taylorsville when she was struck by a minivan making a U-turn.
