Sexual-abuse charge dropped against airline passenger

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Salt Lake City has dropped its case against a 39-year-old California man accused of inappropriately touching a girl, saying it does not believe there is a “reasonable likelihood” of conviction at trial.
Aboubacar Soumah was charged with abusive sexual contact after a 14-year-old girl claimed he rubbed her arm and leg, put his hand under her shirt and grabbed her buttocks over her clothes during an April 7 flight from Atlanta to Salt Lake City.
