Salt Lake City man sentenced for string of armed robberies

A Salt Lake City man who committed a string of armed robberies of pizzerias and a coffee shop has been sentenced to seven years in prison.
Victor Ray Hall, 38, also must pay ,805.73 in restitution to the businesses he robbed.
Hall pleaded guilty to five robberies beginning with a Dec. 27 heist at a Little Caesars Pizza and ending with a Jan. 17 heist at a Beans and Brew Coffee House. He was arrested a few hours after the last robbery.
