Police make an arrest in Sandy stabbing

A woman was stabbed Tuesday during a fight in Sandy.
Two women agreed to meet at a gas station near 9000 South and Interstate 15 around 4:30 p.m. to exchange some property, said Troy Arnold, spokesman for the Sandy Police Department.
Arnold wouldn’t say what the property was, but he said it was nothing illegal.
After the exchange of property, the women returned to their respective vehicles and left the gas station.
