Police catch alleged thief of catalytic converters

Police on Thursday arrested a 28-year-old man suspected of stealing catalytic converters from 19 school lunch delivery trucks.
Tips led police to a storage shed at 377 S. West Temple where Tyson Brent Anderson was living in a makeshift loft, said South Salt Lake police Sgt. Gary Keller. Officers started watching the area on Wednesday and arrested Anderson when he came home Thursday afternoon. A few blocks away, they found a stolen Ford F-250 believed to have been used in the thefts.
