Man jailed for grabbing girl’s arm at SLC apartment complex

A 26-year-old man who grabbed the arm of a 13-year-old girl at a Salt Lake City apartment complex has been sentenced to 180 days in jail, followed by possible deportation.
Roberto Hurtado pleaded guilty in 3rd District Court to misdemeanor counts of unlawful detention, unlawful possession of another’s identification documents and false information to police for the June 19 episode near 1200 North and Redwood Road.
