Man, 23, accused of pointing gun at boy, 11, toilet papering house

Prosecutors have charged a Salt Lake County man with assault and accused him of pointing a gun at a child who wrapped toilet paper around his house.
The toilet papering occurred July 29 at a house near 5000 South and 1400 East. Court documents say an 11-year-old boy and two of his cousins toilet papered the house.
