Logan’s fire chief has resigned less than three months into his tenure amid reports of a criminal investigation.
In a news statement, Logan city spokeswoman Teresa Harris said Kyle Lindsay resigned Wednesday for “personal reasons.”
Smithfield Police Chief Johnny McCoy told The Logan Herald-Journal that Lindsay has been under investigation, and detectives plan to file a case against him today with the Cache County Attorney’s Office.
