HIV-positive woman charged with prostitution

A Salt Lake City woman has been accused of prostitution for the fourth time since she was diagnosed with HIV.
In charges filed Tuesday, police wrote that Latisha Patwardhan, 26, agreed to have sex and perform oral sex with an undercover officer Saturday in exchange for at 800 West and North Temple.
