Former Herriman Councilman Milton “Mick” Shannon is facing legal troubles again, this time in Wyoming.
Shannon, 61, pleaded guilty to felony property destruction and defacement in 9th District Court in Sublette County, Wyo., according to court documents. Shannon broke windows and slashed the tires of pickup trucks belonging to his then-wife’s brother and father last August while the men were camping in the mountains near the town of Boulder.
