Federal marshals arrested one of the FBI’s most wanted fugitives about 1:30 am Friday in Salt Lake City. Kenneth David Howell, 44, who was wanted for alleged involvement in the death of his wife as well as rape and sexual assault of a child, was found in his aunt’s home and taken into custody, said Jim Thompson, chief deputy of the Utah District of the US Marshal Service.
