Family tried to cover up man’s role in fatal crash, say police

Police say a drunken driver tried to avoid responsibility for a fatal crash, allowing his family to clean up evidence and falsely claim the teenage victim was the driver.
Antonio Amador Solares, 17, was not driving the car in which he died June 25, police said, reversing early reports from the wreck.
