Bullets strike man in shoulder, woman in ribs in Kearns

A shooting wounded two people early Saturday at an apartment complex in Kearns.
The shooting happened about 1:50 a.m. at 4866 W. 4780 South. Unified Police Department Lt. Don Hutson said a group of people were outside smoking cigarettes and saw someone dressed in black appear around a corner and fire one bullet. A few moments later, Hutson said, multiple shots were fired from a different location.
