Appeals court overturns chiropractor’s sex abuse convictions

The Utah Court of Appeals on Thursday overturned an American Fork chiropractor’s sex crime convictions, saying allegations by several women should have been heard separately.
A jury found Grant Joel Hildreth guilty in 2008 of two counts of forcible sex abuse of a receptionist who said the chiropractor molested her while helping her treat a vaginal infection. He was found not guilty of four additional counts of abusing three female patients.
