My son was incarcerated in Salt Lake City over Labor Day weekend. He lives in California, and was traveling to our home in Texas. When I began to inquire what I needed to do to bail him out, I met all sorts of obstacles from every Bail Bonds I called (about 10). In particular, they wanted the cost of the entire bond set by the judge instead of the standard 10%. Sighting that my son lived out-of-state, and that he would be a high risk. When I finally contacted Pioneer, I talked to a very courteous and polite young man by the name of Jeremy. He quickly releived my fears and made the process extremely easy, and at the 10% of the original bond. In about 6 hours my son was out of jail. Thank you so much Pioneer for helping me and my family through a very trying time.

Yes Brian, it is true. We do need a lot of info. As a surety company we take a big risk when it comes to getting your friend or loved one out of jail. If, for some unknown reason your friend fails to appear in court – I must pay the court the full amount of the bond. So, essentially you are borrowing money from me just like you would from a bank. My terms are better and there are not a lot of hoops you have to jump through. I am one of those old fashion companies that believes in credit, ( I don’t want your car, your bike or all the rest of your stuff) I just want your word and proof that your loved one will make it to court after I bail him out of jail. I hope this makes it easier for you to understand. As a matter of fact I know it did, because you did end up using our bail bond company after calling many others.
